Fall 2011 Registration Procedures

Registrations are being accepted via mail only.

Please send all registrations by September 10th.

Please include a registration form for each child, payment in the form of a check or money order made out to Mike Wade Golf Schools and a self-addressed, stamped envelope.  Please send all to:

Checks and money orders should be made out to Mike Wade Golf Schools with ABC/1st Tee in the memo line and sent in with the registration form.

Credit card payments are not being accepted at this time.

Each 6-week session has a $90 fee and scholarships are available where needed.

Camp prices vary and are listed on schedule.
